Download My Policy App

To download the "My Policy" app from the Google Play Store, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for "My Policy": Tap the search bar at the top of the Play Store and type "My Policy" (without quotes). As you type, suggestions may appear to help you find the app faster.
3. Select "My Policy" from the search results: Look for the app titled "My Policy" in the search results and tap on it to open its Play Store page.
4. Check app details: Ensure that it's the correct app you want to download, it's should look the same as the screen attached on the left.
5. Tap "Install" or "Get": Tap the install button to initiate the download and installation process.
6. Wait for the download and installation: The Play Store will start downloading the app to your device. The progress will be displayed as a download bar. Once the download is complete, the installatio
7. Open the app: After the installation is finished, you'll see an "Open" button. Tap it to launch the "My Policy" app.

Now you should have successfully downloaded and installed the "My Policy" app from the Google Play Store. You can find the app on your device's home screen, app drawer, or in the list of installed apps.

Policy Access Flow

Once signed-in you will access the "Home" screen, where you can expect to see the details listed below.

2. Documents
3. Payments

Click on "My Policies" to proceed

1. A policy status with a drop down will be shown, and once you click on the drop down the policy number will be visible
2. After clicking on the policy number another screen will be shown, and the client can view their "Policy Details".

Once signed-in you will access the "Home" screen, where you can expect to see the details listed below.

3. Payments

Click on "Payments" to proceed, on the "Payments" screen the client will be directed to the following options:

1. Pay: Where a policy payment can be made for the policy premium, offering a variety of options for online payments
2. Payment history: A breakdown of the client's payment history from the inception of their policy
3. Premium: Typically, the clients policy premium will show based on the client's payment frequency (e.g. monthly premium, quarterly premium, bi-annual premium, or annual premium)

Once signed-in you will access the "Home" screen, where you can expect to see the details listed below.

3. Payments

Click on "Documents" to proceed

1. Upon selecting the documents option, the client will see all their policies.
2. The client can select the policy which they would like to preview.
3. Once the policy has been selected a full view of the policy document will be shown providing details of all the members which have been covered.
4. The organisations terms and conditions will follow to help provide a clear understanding of what is expected of the policy holder.
